1) Eligibility

Any guidance, feedback, coaching, templates, recommendations, or other information provided through the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on the Service. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances.

3) No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee outcomes, including without limitation product-market fit, traction, revenue, fundraising, investment, or any specific business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and execution.

4) Accounts; Communications

If you submit forms, applications, or other information to us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You also consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry or use of the Service, including by email.

5) Payments; Subscriptions; Cancellations

If you purchase a subscription or paid service, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase. Subscription terms (including billing interval, renewal, cancellation timing, and refunds) may be described at checkout or in program materials. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe or violate the rights of others;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or disruptive content;

7) Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, materials, and branding (including text, graphics, logos, designs, and site layout) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. If you submit information, materials, or content to us (including applications, messages, pitch decks, and links), you represent that you have the right to do so. You grant us a limited license to use such submissions solely to evaluate your inquiry, provide the Service, and operate and improve the Service.

9) Confidentiality

We aim to treat non-public information you share with care. However, unless we have a separate written confidentiality agreement (such as an NDA) signed by both parties, we do not have a legal obligation to treat your submissions as confidential. Do not submit sensitive information unless and until confidentiality terms are agreed in writing.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
